You're in good company
Many small businesses have spotted a cyber attack. Few have trained their team.
Businesses that spotted a cyber breach or attack in the last 12 months. GOV.UK Cyber security breaches survey 2025/2026.
Phishing was the most common. Yet only 14% of micro businesses and 33% of small businesses gave staff any cyber security training or awareness sessions in the same year.

The one fix for the week is waiting on your dashboard, picked from your check.
Any day
Each person does one 10 to 15 minute step, when it suits them, on a phone or computer.

All the time
Every step is dated and logged, so your record is ready whenever someone asks.
Why it sticks
Once a year, or a little every week?
Many businesses rely on one course a year, or none at all. Here's how a little every week compares.
| Question | Annual training | CyberSafe Coach |
|---|---|---|
| How often | Once a year | A little every week |
| How long | 30 minutes to an hour in one sitting | 10 to 15 minutes |
| Phishing practice | Often a separate product | Included, with no blame |
| New scams and AI fakes | Updated once a year | New alerts as new scams appear |
| Proof for insurers and clients | A completion certificate | A dated record of every step |
| Price | Per person, often with a minimum | One price for the team, from £25 a month |
“Consistent small messages are more digestible and more effective than an hour session once a year.”
How we compare
Compared with other business training
Most paid training is priced per person, with minimum team sizes or long contracts. CyberSafe Coach has one price for the team, works for a team of one, and keeps the learning going every week.

The detail
Cyber Essentials and cyber insurance
Your saved checks track where you stand against Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001 and UK GDPR, and a cyber insurance readiness pathway helps you answer the questions insurers ask. Every step your team takes is dated, so you can show it.
Is phishing practice fair on staff?
Yes, when it's done kindly. Nobody is named or shamed, and the aim is confidence, not catching people out. The NCSC advises telling staff first and treating practice as support. Read the NCSC's phishing guidance.
