    Pricing

A safer team, a dated record and less of your time. Here's what it costs.

One small step a week for every member of staff, about 10 to 15 minutes. Pick who you're buying for and we'll show only the plans that fit.

    What changes for your charity

    Your team

Staff and volunteers who spot the scam

Fake invoices, donation scams and phishing emails, practised one small step a week.

    Your proof

A dated record for trustees and funders

Ready for insurers and auditors too, without building a spreadsheet.

    Your time

Under an hour a week for whoever leads it

See who's getting on and who needs a nudge, without chasing anyone.

    Charity and community organisations

Free access for qualifying charities through the CyberSafe Foundation C.I.C., or a simple monthly subscription.

Five or fewer of you? You will pay less on a smaller plan.

The charity plan covers up to 50 people. If there are five or fewer of you, Micro costs less, and Solo costs less again if it is just you. Every paid plan includes the same features, compliance tracking included. We would rather tell you than take the extra.

    Questions people ask

How does invoice or purchase order payment work?
Local authorities, NHS bodies and care groups can pay by invoice or purchase order, on 30 to 60 day terms. Use our sector onboarding form to give us a contact and any framework reference, and we'll send a quote and a proforma invoice. Access is switched on as soon as we receive the purchase order.
How does the platform support inspection evidence?
The manager dashboard tracks staff completion of every module, the date completed, and CPD minutes accumulated. You can export a CSV report, staff name, modules completed, completion dates, and safeguarding module status, suitable for sharing with Ofsted inspectors, CQC inspectors or LA senior leadership. Schools also see the safeguarding readiness indicator aligned to KCSIE.
Is CyberSafe Coach free for individuals?
Yes. Individuals and families can access the free safety check and guidance at no cost.
    Do charities get different pricing?
Yes. Registered UK charities can subscribe at a community rate of £35/month for up to 50 users. Qualifying charities (and US nonprofits) can apply for free access for all their staff and volunteers, funded by the CyberSafe Foundation C.I.C.
    How do school licences work?
School licences cover all teaching and support staff on an annual basis. Pupils and their families can access CyberSafe Coach for free regardless, the school licence is specifically for staff training and compliance.
How does CyberSafe Coach fund free access for charities?
We give 2% of all our revenue straight to CyberSafe Foundation CIC, automatically, no opt-in required. Subscribers can also choose to add an optional 10% community contribution on top at checkout, and remove it at any time. These pooled funds are used exclusively to provide free or subsidised access to qualifying charities, schools and community organisations.
